Determination and persistence

The shape of ambition each person is exactly different. But each person has dream to live. Size is not an obstacle,the true obstacle is how you do that? I know till now i have not made all my dream true yet. Occasionally i have a lot of dreams,from being Banker,song writer,host,student in one of America university,International singer,maker event about education and many more. I also want to have many relations with brilliant people,have a cooperation with them and work in one team for some project about education(because i love education). Lately my team (named Economics english youth conference) established the newest competition in our universty,this is not new stuff but we wrapped it by hard working,struggling,and integrity as  a professional team. It was called “speech contest” and presented on June 18 2012. Before the competition started my team and i tried to build up the connection to public bank,private bank and all goverment office in our city. We did that because we need plenty of money to cost this competition. I felt how fascinating these experiences were while my team and i were asking for fund by granting them our very ordinary proposal. I worried they would not take this proposal. But it’s wrong.

After tiring days gone,my team and i did not reach the notification about proposal,we were worried and miserable and when we got the fund,it’s too small. That was about more than 10 million rupiah to cost it(it sounds smaller than an another same competition )Not only fund was problem but our cooperation among team also. We got conflict one another until i thought i had to end this. All accompany that we sent proposal not to give aid and dateline always shadowed us.

Five days left we grudging proposed our proposal to our head of economy faculty (it looks too late but we have reason why we dont want to utilise university fund though we eventually do that). We all negotiated about this because we all wanted we have to have“win-win condition”. Be honestly a lot of sweat,determination and sacrifice we all spent,we did not take class only for the sake of this competition come true. We promoted this class to class just hope many student intersted and join this. So few students want to join,more or less just 30 participants from 7 faculties join this.

Just a day left before the day,we all had a meeting to accomplish all thing we wanted to do. Building up tents,and count all our expenditure preparing along this. And the goodness was our head of economy faculty accept our proposal and accede to cost all remaining cost,all of sudden our worrying is gone. The sun rose up,i gotta woke up and prepared my short speech and report from this competition and just saying let’s show your best to every participants.

 Show had started,all participant showed what they have,i was proud of them all. So expresive and little shy. But i was more proud of my teams,friends who had supported me and assisted me so much :Tami,Midun,Andre,Baim,Sella,Mona,Heru,Sisil,miss Dian,kak Ari,kak Arisi,kak Daus and of course mr. Fahmi. And everyone who had been supporting me i couldn't mention one by one,Without you all this competition was nothing. In the late afternoon we finally got the winner,the winner went from our faculty from 7 faculties that join this. We all were happy and you know it’s the highest point we want to reach,making our faculty is proud and being looked by many students from another faculties. Friends,from this true tale i want to invite you "to create your strikking dream as much as you want and you can make it be true. You are deserve a leader for your dream,start it from the point you can do,and never easy give up and do not count how much sweat goes from you and how many energies you have spent. Dont look how many dreams you have,look how many determinations you provide to get your dreams".
